Recharging is quick and they have several months of life per charge. Their response time is quicker than adt. Really easy to setup and delete the old device.

Plenty of settings within the app for brightness, motion detection etc. Monitored all within the ring app. We have the ring repeater but that may have intermittent issues. Motion detection to turn backlighting on is a nice touch!

The only thing is that it works reliably and lasts for a really long time on battery. It renders the entire system inoperable, easy install or not. The customer service is abhorrent.

The keypad is not lit until motion is detected. Search the web for more complaints about the same issue. Update 3 (2 a) still no status led like the version 1.
