Pros

While only an inch, the benefits of the 7 inch screen are noticeable. You get great recommendation for new books and authors that match your purchasing history.

Each upgrade is a step up. Some of the features make jumping to a newer edition worth it. Size is great! This kindle has all the bells and whistles.

Arrived timely and well packaged. There is an option to do payment plans on it, which is nice, but it's still pricy. Thank goodness for paypal.

The amber backlight is great for sleeping. It automatically dims so it's not so bright that it wakes hubby up.

This oasis is just plain comfortable. It is easy on the eyes unlike phone screens and so easy to hold while lying in bed. Adds the warm light, better form factor, and feels nicer in the hands.
