I had become annoyed with the smaller heat pads i had been using for getting heat into my ankleachilles before doing my exercises
With any heating product i think its best to use no longer than 20 minutes because it may cause inflammation

I love it i would buy another one in a sec
And yes it does fit inside a 1000w microwave to heat it up
