Pros
This pad soothes deeply. Whether you're sore, stiff, or in pain, this pad is therapeutic. The moist heat works much better than my old electric heating pad.
We put ours in a pillow case. It warms easily in the microwave and maintains its heat.

This thing is heavy and stays warm - which also adds to the cozy factor! Heated my hold body. Now part of my morning ritual.
The cover seems thick and the stitching good. Fabric is sturdy and stitching is tight. It is on the heavier side, so i can see how seams could come apart if we're not careful, but so far so good. Alot of beads.

Manufacturing company suggests 1 minute in microwave. But this brand is very, very heavy.

In a fullsize oven it will fit easily
I love it i would buy another one in a sec
And yes it does fit inside a 1000w microwave to heat it up
Keep in mind its alot heavier than the little ones on the market

The issues i have with it is that it is a pain to heat in the microwave its big bulky heavy and if my back is in pain already heating this up does not help the situation

If you are in a chair just a subtle shift in your body will make this thing sag and you have to reposition it
