Pros
Great improvement over a bulky gutter downspout. Works perfectly to divert rain to a covered planter from the gutter that runs over it. Looks so much better than the ugly down spout.
Cons
Water shoots off in little streams/jets, apparently directed by the circular connecting rings. Does not channel the rain water properly, water sprays out quite liberally.

The gutter adapter will need sealing with silicone around the perimeter or water will direct around the down spot and spit an unattractive pattern of water
