Pros
It is so sturdy and durable and easy to clean. I believe this set will give me many years of usage.
The bottom tray can be used for grilling, baking, whatever. The cooling rack is nice for cooling baked goods, so that all that grease drips away. The set includes two cookie sheets and one cooling rack.
These are the nicest baking sheets i've ever owned. They bake and cook excellent.
This cookie sheet set is a great addition to anyone's kitchen, whether a beginner or seasoned baker. One of my top ten flavors in the world is the taste of freshly baked tollhouse cookies.
The two pans conduct heat perfectly so there are no different stages of cooking time. I have a smallish double oven and the pans fit perfectly. These quality pans live up to the all-clad name!
Cons
While the baking pan functioned well, it comes as a set with the cooling rack. All-clad is a cookware brand, not a bakeware brand. The product is almost great be a serious flaw makes it kinda pointless.
