Pros
Quality is fantastic, performance wonderful. Only downside is it is heavy. However, the quality and construction is top notch.
It heats so well that when i cook on the gas cooktop i haven’t had to go over the 3 setting on the burner. Like the rounded lip to pour items easy.
This pot replaces one that we damaged by putting it on a very hot grill flame. The handle with it deep groove is very secure when turning the pot to pour. It’s says so clearly on the bottom of the pot and on the packaging.
These pots and pans clean up very easily. If there is something that needs more work, i allow it to soak with platinum dawn dish detergent for a few minutes, and then it cleans up.
Cons
Customer service people are not very welcoming on the phone, and their warranty process is stressful. I am thankful that they honored their warranty however and deemed that piece defective and sent me a replacement.
They warp when warmed, food sticks like crazy, and they are impossible to clean. Could not be removed with a cleanser. Very hard to clean, had to go to an ajax type product to get the discoloration off the inside. Cannot tell a difference in heat dist... Read More

This was pricey but after using it i believe it is worth every penny
Not to mention you can’t beat this price
You get what you pay for and if you take care of it it will outlast you
Whatever variety you get these are the pots to spend money on

Products are exactly as described and shipments always arrive earlier than estimated
A replacement was sent pronto and now i am totally happy with the product
Packaging/appearance

I was thrilled when i opened the box and grabbed the handle to pick it up
Competitiveness
I know this is not particularly allclads fault but i have pans from another brand and they are narrower and much better in that regard
I dont believe id be satisfied with any other brand since ive been using acc

You will occasionally want to fill the pan with a baking soda solution boil off the water and remove the deposits
