This three qt. Sauce pan is beautiful and is lighter than amazon has listed. My wife loves to cook, and she thinks they are fabulous pieces of cookware. It’s an all clad!

It heats evenly and everything turns out lovely. Even heat, durable, stays looking great forever. It heats a little slower but 5 ply so retains heat, keeps leftovers warm.

The flared lip makes pouring a clean and easy task. The handle with it deep groove is very secure. This pot replaces one that we damaged by putting it on a very hot grill flame.

These pots work on an induction cooktop as well as other types of stoves. It heats so well that when i cook on the gas cooktop i haven’t had to go over the 3 setting on the burner. Plus, it heats on the stove evenly and does not overheat on the sides.... Read More
