Pros & Cons

Pros

The all-clad tri-ply is better than the cuisinart, but this pan is best by a wide margin. The handle is different from the all- clad tri-clad handles and is very comfortable to me. The finest cookware on the market today and this pan lives up to that ...  Read More

Decided to try the copper core after researching them. After three years of hard use, this pan continues to perform beautifully. But my favorite copper core is my 1.

It's just exudes quality. A picture is worth a thousand words. Looks and functionality are 100% excellence.

This is the best, most easily clean stainless pan around. It cleans at least as well as comparable stainless steel fry pans.

This 8” copper pan is heavier than my 10” ss pan but very easy to handle. Not too heavy to flip it upside down so the crusty bottom of the rice is on top.

Cons

The copper core is more gimicky than anything. If you are health concious, that's probably not the direction you want to go. It surprises me that that the reviews here are so universally positive.

Quality

I was amazed with the heat distribution

I ordered the 12 inch model and it came with the extra helper handle

Anyone who can’t clean them or has issues with the heat does not know how to cook

Consprice its very expensive for the average home chef

Price

To me the extra cost is worth not having to deal with it again

Costa a bit but worth the price

Packaging/appearance

The handle is different from the allclad triclad handles and is very comfortable to me

Competitiveness

I have a complete set of cuisinart threeply stainless steel pans and have owned an allclad triply fry pan

This is the one that i started with because now im basically purchasing an allclad pan or pot one at a time

All allclad cookware uses this design so its more a knock against the brand

Not to mention it’s made in the usa

Remember the handle is pretty heavy as well so the pan will be a bit off balance due to that

I can lift this by the handle just fine and the helper handle just adds weight making it less comfortable to toss veggies one handed
