Highly recommended. But it does the job.

Alkaseltzer gold is disappearing from the usual stores. I have gerg and developed a peptic ulcer regular aspirin was nice. I take a lot of medications for lyme, and this really helps relieve the die-off effects.

Usually retails for about $7 but appears to be discontinued. These are perfect, wish they were available in our drugstore.

Cons

Fake chemical sweetener added as an inactive ingredient. For those of us allergic, or who think these chemicals cause ailments such as cancer, this is unacceptable. What a racket.
