Alka-selzter product just plain works on any type of indigestion. Works for all of our tummy issues & brings body to a more alkaline state. Alka seltzer gold provides fast relieve.
One tablet usually does the trick. They dissolve fast in water and taste good. I have an aspirin allergy and find this product very useful.
Alka-seltzer gold is the only thing that works great for my wife. Works just as good as the regular alka seltzer. Decreases the acidity that you get from an allergic reaction.
Cons
I think this product is like, mainly for people with lyme disease or something lol. Poorly packaged by supplier. Most tablets were broken or smashed.

The major stores only sell the kind with aspirin and i dont understand why they assume that because you need some bicarbonate of soda that you also need aspirin
