Pros
Easy to adjust, metal clip is durable, the cuff-links are what you would expect for the price. Matching hanky gives a professional quality look.
I have the black version as well and it is fantastic! Awesome color scheme. Very classic and polished looking. Lovely brocade, seems well made.
Cons
The clasp placement is awkward as well. You have to turn their ties halfway around your head unless you're a master contortionist. The band of material encircling the bow part of the tie came apart minutes before a concert and fell to the floor.
