The neck size guide would indicate a medium fit but in my experience go with your normal size in my case a large

My review has been delayed due to amazon losingone of the shirtsdespite me being told on their tracking that the shirt was out for deliveryand then that it would be delivered the next day and then mightbe delivered in two days and consequently my having to claim a refund and then re order the shirt

It seems as if its made ok but you can never tell until its been washed a few times and worn in properly
