Since 9918 ecg has not worked but smartrhythm app continued to work requested help several times but obviously customer support service did not read my comments or know anything about how the kardia system worked

After a month of no progress i tried upgrading iphone to ios12 and watch to wos5 upgrade failed to see if operating system upgrades would help
