Took daily for a month and made no difference. Got massive constipation and bloated stomach after taking this supplement. Two weeks down the road and the gas and bloating are worse than before. Also caused gout symptoms.

I have had digestive problems so i decided to try align after 2 months it did its purpose i lost 7 pounds which is okay the one thing that did happen to me is my upper arm the skin began to sag so with that happening i had to put more effot into doing resitance training to builld up my muscle in my arms
