Pros

Best probiotic to restore your colon after diarrhea attacks. It is the only such product i can tolerate since i am sensitive to dairy. After just a week my digestion is better.

Align is a great product and i highly recommend. Great product but unfortunately too costly to take on a regular basis.

Cons

Please double check product before mailing. Includes sucrose (sugar), propyl gallate (which makes a frequent appearance in list of preservatives you should avoid), and gellan gum, which can cause a lot of gi symptoms.

Packaging/appearance

I like that each capsule is in a popout packet is easy to swallow and doesnt bother my stomach

The box was crushed in shipping the box lid was open when i opened the packaging and there were only 56 capsules not the 63 i had ordered

The box was squished but the capsules were fully intact

However amazon ships it in an envelope instead of a box and the lightweight box containing the weekly pill blisters gets a little crushed
