It looks beautiful the display is perfect and leds are customizable colorspositions but some cons i have had with this computer is that it will randomly crash maybe once every month but the biggest problem is it fails to detect your mic sometimes so you have to manually change it and sometimes when you do and refresh a page like discord the sound will go full blast on the headphones and sometimes the audio would be corrupted or even just not work

This is an easy fix by a quick restart of your computer but very annoying

First nvidias graphics driver needs to be uninstalled and the latest version needs to be applied

Also two days into gaming the laptop completely lost track of the 970m gpu and it was running off of intels integrated graphics

It simply would not recognize or find the chipset until the bios was updated

Also i received the bad pool header blue screen after the system resumed from sleep every single time

Just removing dell support assist will fix the issue as well
