Pros & Cons
Pros
It’s thinner than my printer paper! Really great stuff. Lots of details with awesome designes.
The illustrations are really amazing, and i don't mind the shading at all. The images seem heavily shaded but they color very well and look so good. Lots of compliments and friends want pages.
Cons
Using a lot of black shading, there is not much to color. I love shading, so it robbed me of that. This just isn't much a coloring book.
The feel of the book looks and feels like a cheap knockoff. In theory, the concept is great. The book is flimsy. And it's very thin.
Pages are not perforated. They are thinner than the normal weight of copying paper. It also ticks me off that there’s like fifteen pages.
I’m afraid if you didn’t use a non-bleed marker or just soft colored pencils, the equably through to the other backpage onto the next page.
Highlights
Quality
Overall though very pleased with the book
The quality of the art is beyond what is usually available in adult coloring books
It’s fortunate i suppose that the illustrations are onesided each illustration is backed with the ornately framed story on the next page
I would not recommend markers or gel pens they would likely bleed through the paper quality
Competitiveness
Its got a nice selfpublished vibe that i like and well highquality printing that this consistent throughout
I use prismacolor pencils and on many of the pictures you can see the print from the backside of the pages showing through
I have been using prismacolor colored pencils
