Pros

Very easy to use, comfortable, and durable. The only dislikes are the length on the sling. I wish others was more cushioning for my shoulder.

It's completely adjustable which is awesome, & it has no issues fitting those of us who are big and tall. The bag is pretty deep and comfy and my little guy didn't move at all. Easy to adjust length on bag for younger kids to hold baby.

Cons

Very disappointing. Buyer beware the return window for this!
