After a couple weeks i noticed i was nail biting/hair pulling less. It keeps me from picking at my cuticles.
I ordered a size 9 to keep on my pointer finger & it fits perfectly. I wish they had half size increments, but other than that this is great.
Not disappointed at all. Customer service was very prompt. I make the occasional exception when a product is awesome or horrible.
No problem with the spinning works great. I personally do not find it distracting & it's relatively quiet unless you're wearing it or listening for it.

I normally wear a 7 and ordered a size 8 because i read they run a little small and this keeps slipping off my fingers if i’m waving my hand around while talking
