Beautiful lamp but the base is gray not tan as pictured and the shade is truly oatmeal which the description says but the picture appears offwhite

The image actually looked to have more of a brownish tinge to the base of the lamp

In actuality up close it is more in the gray family

However because of the dot like design the background color is not pronounced reads pretty neutral
