Pros

It holds my 46 screen very well with additional space on the lower shelf for other items. It is perfect for my 32” tv and dvd player underneath. The height between shelves leaves enough space for air flow over my receiver.

Was very easy to put together---the perfect height for a 46 inch tv in a smaller sized room. The stand is easy to assemble, with only four phillips-type screws. The rounded piece is on the bottom of the unit and comes pre-attached. Easy to assemble.

Cons

It feels really flimsy and you cannot grab the riser from the top because it will fall apart. Tall. When i put together it seems rigid and the top plastic doesn't flex but i am nervous to put any real weight on it.
