Pros
A very pleasant version of a hard-to-find spice. Unique flavor unique among other peppers. Love this and will definitely be getting more.
A mix between red chili pepper and paprika. Different smokey taste, which is different than paprika; it's similar to cayenne pepper. It has such a delish smokey flavor, i use it even on popcorn now.
Used it for nigella’s turkish eggs. Great for low & slow dishes. Used this recently for a roasted carrot dish. Great on grilled veggies, soups, and fried eggs.
Cons
These are dry, and smell rancid. Less flavor than ordinary red pepper flakes. Use an above average amount of this pepper to get even a subtle hint of flavor.

Those cap and bottle manufacturers need to come up with a shaker cap that has holes larger than the smallest holes that are needed for the most finely ground spices but smaller than the holes intended for herbs or spices that clump or come in larger flakes or particles
