Pros & Cons
Pros
Aleppo aka halaby pepper is a mild heat with a fruity flavor. Good on fresh pineapple and other fruits, but good on savory dishes as well. Tastes a bit spicy but not overwhelming.
Arrived fresh and very aromatic and flavorful.
Great price and super- fast delivery. Will buy again. A terrific value too. Definitely worth the purchase, though.
Loved it and the packaging. Sent to my grandson.
Cons
Taste is on the mild side. Listing says “12 count (pack of 1)” when it is really 1 package of 1.
Highlights
Quality
Purchased this item and am extremely satisfied with the quality of the product
Its the same quality as the more expensive stuff
But again nothing wrong with the product either just nothing special
Not like the others that are of poorer quality and impress the ladies from missouri and iowa
Price
The price is great and taste great
Nice warm pepper and a really great price
Packaging/appearance
This aleppo pepper is fresh and tasty with good packaging too
Competitiveness
In all of my research it is the best spicey pepper i have found
So much better than buying those little jars in the grocery stores for ten times the price
I am a recent convert to aleppo and have tried several brands
