Pros

Quietest filter we've had. Doesn't disturb the tv or conversations at the dinner table at all. We find the noise quite calming and make sure it's in our bedroom every night.

Less sneezing and congestion in our house while using this. Dust and woodstove ash in the house is much less now that we have this going. Have pets or allergies. It seems to be working on dust not sure about pet hair.

This thing is grate for being around home renovations. We live in a basement apartment with two dogs so this was a necessity. Once in a while it is placed in spare bedroom or office space.

All 3 people in the house feel like the air is ‘cleaner’. The room feels and smells so good! Haven't had chance to test smells yet. Great insulation and no circulation of fresh air otherwise when it is really cold or hot outside.

Cons

Alen's warranty requires an active filter subscription. Upon registration, you can not activate the warranty without purchase an active filter subs subscription. Alen will not provide the subscription to the buyer.

Theres no need for a booklet on how to set the thing up because its written all over the packaging

The entire packaging is labeled with how to set up notes and hidden feature call outs all over the thing
