The instructions should have provided a picture of the rack and securing plate and how it interfaces with the hitch

It was shipped for free using prime came well packaged and does what its suppose to do very well for a very reasonable price
The price was also a great value over 100 less than options available through local retailers

For 249 and free prime shipping this carrier turned out to be much more value than i expected
Prime membership saved me the 75 shipping charges and it only took about 45 minutes to build and install with 1 helper

I have to say the packaging was impressive especially since delivery was free with prime

With this ramp it took longer to remove the straps than it did to lower the ramp and remove the scooter
