Pros

The product did not disappoint. It has natural imperfections unique to each horn where you can clearly see the fibrous layers of natural horn. Only gripe is i couldn't set up my engraving on the cup. Kudos to him.

Excellent quality of the mug. Light & sturdy. Only real complaint is that the xl does not hold 24 ounces as advertised.

Recieved an alehorn ale drinking horn as a gift. Perfect vessel for meads and ales. Replaced a leaky one.

Cons

Mug is bad. One out of the two come broken and chipped, leaking constantly and peeling from the bottom. There was not much detail on the mug.

Very disappointed. Highly disappointed. Not impressed. Don’t waste your money.

Too many blemishes in the finishes. Really bad craftsmanship. It is the craftmanship that is severely lacking.

Customer service is horrendous.

I was impressed with the way this mug looks

They do have the option to get a horn mug that can be use for hot drinks but i’ll stick with the one for cold brews

I dont know if thats because of the nature of the product or not
