The gel is not to be used with contact lenses and is only recommended for night time use for super severely dry eye sufferers

I use gas permeable contact lenses hard lenses made of fsa fluoro silicatesilicone acrylate for 16 hours a day

They perform excellently with my contact lenses but works best if i remove lenses drop the genteal gel drops onto them then reinsert lenses as opposed to inserting drops with the lenses in my eyes

To relieve this i was blinking and moving my eyeball trying to relieve this and ended up with a habit that undoubtedly made me look like a weirdo to anyone who saw this when i realized that i was doing this i had to force myself to stop
