The camera works as described but in my case the distance from the area monitored only works with motion detection for approximately 68 feet not nearly the distance described

Use the push notification to your smart phone for notification it works very well does occasionally give false motion detection but that probably is because i didnt spend enough time on setting the detection sensitivity

Popped a 32gb micro sd card in it adjusted the sensitivity for the motion detection alarm and set up for email alerts

The micro sd card is in the camera itself and yes if you have intruders they can remove the card or just take the camera which is not so good
