Pros
The mug itself is very durable, i am a wrecker of all things, and this mug has held up without any scratches or dents. I absolutely love this cup its east to hold because it has the handel and its soo smooth.
Cons
The cold is leakproof but none for hot. For this reason it is easy to spill on yourself. The handle fits but has a hollow handle that retains water from washing.

However the one lid that allows you to open and close the mouth hole that lid is impossible to clean

My coffee gets in the crack and i cannot get anything in there to clean it out

It sucks because it started to grow mold over time and now i can only use the other lid which does not have a sealable option so my coffee cools down much quicker now
