Pros

Each vial guarantees fresh un-contaminated drops for every use. It's worth any amount of hassle to me to get relief without damaging my eyes.

Bausch and lomb is a reliable brand. I wear contacts and these drops help with dryness and allergies.

Cons

Company requires you to twist off a 1/4 x 1/2 knob at the end of each individual vial in order to dispense. Vials are fairly strong and very hard to squeeze out. I either completely miss or hit my eyeball with the plastic vial most of the time.
