Pros & Cons
Pros
The whole wheat has a delicious nutty wheat flavor that is just outstanding! Love to serve it with scallops and bacon or as a side dish to chicken marsala. Taste good with olive oil and garlic and tomatoes, tomato sauce, pesto and blended avocado.
Al dente's reduced card egg fettuccine is one of the best tasting whole wheat pasta i have found. The noodle is very easy to make and cooks quickly. It is great for spaghetti and shrimp alfredo.
Cons
Most whole grain pasta tastes better, and i'd guess all white fettuccine tastes better. Tasted like dirt--flavorless with *, stale, powdered basil in it. A ghastly white color.
