Pros

Carbonara is the only low carb pasta that has the texture and cooks like regular pasta. This is the third type of carb nada pasta that i have ordered. This pasta cooks well and stays well.

Cooks in 5 minutes too (don't overcook it to mush). I have my timer on 12 minutes and every time it’s perfection.

If you're not on a ketogenic diet, it's a good way to cut down. Reduced carb with lower blood sugar impact but still has to be accounted for.

Cons

The bag size is 6 ounces smaller. It has virtually no flavor at all, and what it does have does not remotely resemble roasted garlic. More of a random bag of chips vs actual noodles.
