The chair assembled easily enough in about half an hour by myself, despite the instructions recommending my being two persons. It does not feel cheap, but there's nothing about it that I'd consider luxury. The instructions make no mention of how to attach the head and lumbar pillows, leaving you to kinda work it out with the included belt... ring... thing.I'm not a big guy. 5'10 and about 200 lbs. I have a 38 waist and I'm a little broad in the shoulders. If my waist were any wider, I'd be sitting on the sides of the chair that are supposed to cradle my bony posterior. The backrest of the chair is sufficiently wide. The arm rests can be adjusted inwards with the included tools, but do not adjust with any levers or buttons. Also, the seat is fairly hard. Maybe it will soften up a bit with time.My biggest complaint, however, is that the seat isn't deep enough to accommodate the lumbar pillow. With it installed, my hips are constantly being pushed forward, with the seat ending about halfway up my thighs, and I'm forced to lean backwards. Without the lumbar pillow, it's better, but it also encourages slouching.In summary:PROS- Almost everything is adjustable. The arm rests swivel. The chair back does lay basically flat. There's plenty of height adjustment.- It's packed very well.CONS- There's no locking the angle of the chair. It either rocks or it doesn't. There's nothing between.- It's like sitting on a rock. (At least for now.)- While well packaged, I wish they'd used more cardboard and less plastic/styrofoam.- No instruction on how to attach the included head/lumbar pillows, despite them each having a single purpose.This would be my first luxury gaming chair. I can't say I'm impressed. I almost went with a $500 Racer DX chair, but ultimately decided on this one instead. I don't regret it, it's certainly an upgrade over my previous throne. But after a day of excited waiting, it's ultimately anticlimactic.  Read Less

Purchased this after trying them out at Pax WEST. Received in perfect condition, construction was actually not that difficult since the seat can fully recline (makes it easy to flip upside down to attach the base). It's been very comfortable so far.  Read Less
