It looks way cooler in person than pics of it show. Comfort and sear adjustments are nice.
The manual for assembly is a bit generic but the overall quality of the product is superb.
Has a standard tensioner knob to find that sweet spot. The extra adjustability of the arms is a real plus.
Cons
After sitting in the chair for a few hours it just feels hard to me and the rocking feature does not work at all.

The chair has developed a loud poppingcracking noise from the area of the castors when i sit down

I checked and it does not look like the base is cracked so i guess that the castors are shifting in their shafts when i sit
