For the price the sound quality is exceptional

4 year update still going strong very pleased with the longevity of these headphones

They actually look and feel fairly cheap in spite of the quality sound

However i was pleased with the product and would rate it superior in its class of midrange light stereo headphones

Sound is pretty good definitely worth the cost

The price may seem a little high to you but put these on and youll be blown away from the sound you hear

These headphones have been abused in terms of being tossed onto the tablefloor and have suffered no ill effects

The ear pads have developed permanent grooves where my glasses rest and there is some mild cracking in the fauxleather

So it seems impossible that they could be beaten by the k99s

My uncle has a recording studio and recommended these to me over sennheisers

The same went when i tried it with my hdtv and a bluray film as well as some of my flac tracks i have on my pc

But they were even though the k99s are only rated from 18 to 22k hz
