Pros
The pads were installed on a 07 corolla, replacing worn out oem pads. Not having abs, i depend on reliable and predictable braking and this setup delivers exactly that. Used with replacement oem shims.
Box includes 4 akebono brake pads, foam padding, and brake grease. The grease is pretty good and the instructions say that warranty is void if you don't use their grease. Lower dust as well.

Second the quality of construction is outstanding
First time ive used akebono product and will probably stay with them as the quality is quite good
For what its worth the 1 pack of lithium grease that comes with the pads is worthless without an 8 shim kit
I also went with the napa silglyde lube on the slide pins and shims and it worked great

The package was shipped overnight with prime shipping great turnaround time

It was sent via amazon fulfillment whatever that means and not amazons classic warehouse box and in the original akebono box sealed well with mailing tape

Needs a piece of butcher or newspaper inside to hold it in place

Despite what the first questionanswer says there is no other hardware in the box other than 2 grams of grease

The low pad warning clip fit only very loosely on these brakes so i left them off not wanting to superglue it
