Pros

The fan is quiet, looks great! The was packaged nicely, and came with a protective film over the stainless steel to protect from scratches. The led lights is not that bad, they are bright enough to illuminate my stove.

Cons

The lights are to dim to really cook with. It is not made for high heat, the fan/light switch melted. The fan motor has a plastic casing.
