I bought the large size but it was too small for my german shepherd so i bought the extra large and sent back the large

I dont think its made for a big chewer because the exterior has to be thin enough to let the coolness through but if a dog is a chewer and chews up the mat that doesnt mean its a bad mat its just a bad match for a strong chewer
