The effective dosage per day for relief according to research literature is anywhere from 100mg to 400 mg per day in three divided doses taken after a meal with fat to effect best absorption

Let me say that there are many products out there that sell boswellia serrate but most of them do not contain an adequate amount for treatment of arthritis most will contain only about 3 of akba per capsule be aware of this when purchasing a product for treatment purposes
