The akaso ek7000 pro action camera offers an incredible value for its price. The eis works pretty good at 1080p/60fps and the quality of the video is very good. Very user friendly and a fraction of the cost to go pros and other brands.

Trying to connect it to phone is clunky and doesn't work all the time. Must remove battery to unlock camera. Akaso's only solution after some non effective do it myself troubleshooting is for me to send back to them at my expense!

It continually disconnects. There is hissing, crackling and random rumbles when no wind is present.

The 4k video is definitely upscaled. The pictures are low/medium but not up to par with 20mp. The seller is misleading people by saying that the video quality is 4k, because it's definitely not.

The pictures i took of fish from close distance aren't identifiable. The image of the oven knobs was taken in photo mode on both.
