Cons
Mapping has all kinds of glitches and errors, for example you can't map a column of pads to control a range of an effect. Extremely frustrating. Functionality is same, with changes that are not game changer.

Sadly 3 of my faders on my original apc40 mkii stopped working

I use my apc to mix video so flicking faders to the beat of music can cause stress and damage
