I had to look up a video on how to use it with my machine brother model cs5055prw and quickly found a youtube tutorial that was perfect

The short answer put the cone in a small coffee or tea cup thread the thread through the hole of a safety pin that youve attached to the thread holder and secured with the plastic thread cap then thread your machine accordingly

So far i have used it on knits and denim and it seems to hold for both without breaking while sergering because thats the worst

The only negative is that the larger spool doesn’t fit on my brother project runway machine so i’ve had to set it behind the machine and let the thread be pulled from back there
