Pros

The pull out tray is great for quick and easy cleaning! My one concern is the ramp, they have a little trouble getting down the ramp.

Just about perfect for my 5 & 9lb chihuahuas. Great for quail! My 2 ferrets absolutely love it!

The size is exactly what i expected, and is honestly pretty good sized for a small, single rabbit such as my jersey woolly, petunia. The size makes up for the bottom closure issue.

Cons

I suppose it works as a intro to chickens and how to not design a chicken coop. The coop is way too small for more then one chicken. There was no track for the upstairs waste tray.

Amazon says “refund approved’ yet no refund and no response on if they expect me to pay again to have this disassembled. It’s a 3rd party seller so the want a fortune to send back.
