Pros
Very tight cinch and extremely comfortable. It is quite well-designed in terms of angle of the holder and placement so that water bottle does not bounce when i either walk or run.
The pouch for the google pixel 5a fits well. My samsung s20+ phone along with garage door opener fits in the large zipper pocket. The only drawbacks are the belt is too long and the phone pocket is a bit tight for my iphone xs max.
The belt holds a normal size water bottle plus my phone. It can be sized to fit by adjusting the end loop and cutting the excess strap. A can of bear spray fits in there nicely. It holds a decent amount of supplement packets and can hold a 16 oz water... Read More
Love the velcro closure, it is very secure, and stays flat. The strap at the top of bottle is actually very useful since i can tighten it up to hold the bottle in place. The velcro fastener holds well without the loop, anyway.
Cons
Cheap and flimsy in quality and looks. Not impressed. I was so hopeful for this product.
My phone is not a triangle, so it is very awkward getting it in and out. The tab to adjust and cut the belt to size catches on the fabric and is impossible to move. It really needs a cinching mechanism.

Ive tried a number of more expensive running belts and this one seems to work better at carrying a bottle without it bouncing around
I like this better than my 35 camelbak that bounced more

What seems tight when you put it on i sometimes find i need to tighten it further once i start running to prevent the bottle bounce
