Long velcro strap provides a tremendous range of fit. Velcro strap is adjustable on the fly. Also love the band and its adjustable velcro lock. belt around waist is velcro.
The pouch is very small, but that's fine for my needs. I actually use the gel flasks from hammer nutrition in the water container spaces. Plenty of space for gels and chews to keep me fueled and my iphone.

This belt is not designed for running or triathlon. The zipper is plastic or nylon and won't last if you put your wallet in there.

Lots of extra slack in be back even when tightened and one of the clips on the left near my thigh always rubs and makes the longer runs a bit more uncomfortable
