Pros
The only drawback is that i got this for the litter-box odors in my bathroom. Thats my only complaint, if any. Covers a 15 x 24 room with 8 foot ceiling easily. Also very compact.
It's like chlorine in a pool. Used in a rental car for cigarette smoke.
Price is a fraction of the cost of other generators that pump out the same levels of ozone that this little gem can provide. Highly recommend this.

After waiting the 30 minutes you must wait to enter the area i couldnt smell the mildew odor at all
The seller contacted us directly and sent us replacement units
Within no time laura in customer service had a replacement sent
Packaging/appearance
We rescued 4 cats and even the self cleaning litter box smells up our laundry room
Plugged it in down in our basement which smelled like a large cat box

Plugged it in and left it for an hour 45 minutes and when i came back i open the door in the window and i was dizzy just from what i guess was the ozone i don’t know how long it’ll work

If there is no outside air coming in the ozone smell can get to be too much even on low
