These lids are not just a gimmick. It’s very well made and sturdy so i expect it to last for some time. They work great and as advertised.

The suction isn't incredible but as far as keep the contents in my bucket clean and safe is amazing. Squeezing the handle opens air vent so the airscape it is easily removed from bucket.

This product allows you to do the same in any container the diameter of a 5 gal pail. To pack an emergency survival bucket add rice and beans to the bucket. Put iodized salt (in a container) on top along with some vitamin c drink mixes.

It is a must have for food prepping. The handle trigger really makes using it a breeze. Heavy duty materials, nifty idea, great company behind it.
