This isolater did not eliminate the buzzing if placed between the service feed and the splitter because i also had different ground voltages between the 2 rooms even with the outside line disconnected

If your ground loop is caused by the cable line this is the fix

We were thinking that it was our 15year receiver on its way out but we changed it out and we still had the hum and it was really bad almost up to the point where you couldnt hear the voices

If the air bud falls out you dont have to go searching the ground or floor for it
