Update within hours of originally posting this review i was contacted by the manufacturer and they proactively issued me a full 100 refund of my order without me even asking for it

While they didnt ask or even suggest this im also gong to raise my rating from the original 1star to 4stars now mostly because they obviously stand behind their product and based on their outstanding customer service and the fact that they issued me a full refund no questions asked so shortly after
